Video job Interview

I never done a video job interview, and I made a big failure on it because I cannot be assertively to answer while I only have 30sec/1min to think after they pop up the question. I need longer time to think!
Anyways, I decided to put this out, so whoever who will have to go thru this, I hope this will help you.

2. It's impossible to always anticipate the potential implication of your group/department's action on other parts of organization. tell me about a time when you took action that adversely affected another part of your organization.
3. Describe for me a situation where you have resolved a problem by including your team in arriving at a solution.
4. Many situation require fast thinking and speed in making decision. Give us an example of a situation in which you were especially skillful in making a decision quickly.
5. In a work situation, describe a time you had to deal with multiple deadlines. How did you prioritize your time to crop with the stress of the situation?
6. Tell us about a time where you had to provide a negative message to customer or employee and spin it in a positive way.
7. Describe for us a time when you were up against the clock to complete an assignment and already had another things planned.
