I want a glass electric kettle for awhile, simply because they look elegant to me. After many research for an electric kettle, I've decide to bought the following.

Pros & Cons:

• It's glass kettle (it's what I was looking for)
• Cord is not retractable
• Cord can store under the Base
• It's heavy when lift
• Power is located under the handle
• Lid release button is at the top of the handle
• All parts that come into contact with water are BPA free

To Clean:

• Use Kettle descaler to clean mineral deposits from tap water
• or Use 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water to boil and stand overnight

Things to noted:

Don't Boil Tea or cook instant noodle.
In the instruction it stated "This appliance is designed for boiling drinking quality water only. Never use to heat or boil any other liquids or foodstuffs."

My thought so far:
I think I made the right purchase. I Love it!~
I find it was heavy at the beginning compare to my old electric kettle (because it was a T-fal plastic-made)
I need to be gentle when putting the kettle back to the base, the base stand is higher than the one I used before.
